How do I purchase tickets to Kiwi Fest 2020?
Can I come to the festival without a parent or guardian if I’m under 18?
Persons under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Under 18 tickets can only be purchased with an adult ticket or by an adult who already has a ticket. Under 18 attendees MUST arrive and be wristbanded with the “responsible adult” who purchased the ticket.
Where is Kiwi Fest 2020 located?
This year's event is held at the Footscray Community Arts Centre in Footscray. The FCAC site is a lush green lawn overlooking the Maribyrnong River, and is very short 5 minute walk from the transport hub of Footscray Station.

My friend is now using my ticket – do I have to get the name changed?
Yes. All ticket name transfers must be processed online through the Eventbrite website. Your name MUST be on your ticket to obtain entry.
Are there pass outs?
You will be given a wristband upon arrival, and this wristband will allow you to enter and exit the festival. Please ensure your wristband remains on your wrist throughout the duration of the event, as you will not be permitted into the festival without it.
What times do gates open for the festival?
Gates will open at 1pm on Saturday, February 15th 2020.
Is there a map and festival program?
Yes, these will be published online in the weeks prior to the festival.
I lost my phone/camera/wallet… Is there Lost Property?
Any items found by festival staff will be handed in to our operations headquarters. We also encourage anyone who finds lost property to do the same.
What time does the music end?
The music on the main stage ends at 10pm.
Are there ATM’s on site?
No, but all of our food and beverage sellers will have Paypass available. We recommend bringing some cash as some of our smaller market stalls may be cash only.
Is Kiwi Fest a wheelchair accessible event?
Kiwi Fest is a wheelchair accessible venue with accessible toilets available on the main event site. A ramped pathway provides access to the Footscray Community Arts Centre site from the Moreland Street entry. Like any outdoor, all weather event, parkland can become muddy after rainfall so please prepare accordingly.
Disabled parking will be set aside for eligible patrons close to the site entrance.
Do you offer tickets to people with Companion Cards?
We do! Ticket purchases made by a Companion Card holder are eligible to receive a second, complimentary ticket. After purchasing your ticket, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation email, the full name of your companion and your companion card number so we can process an accompanying ticket for you. After assessing, we will respond to your email issuing details of your complimentary companion card ticket.

Is there parking at the festival?
Kiwi Fest will provide no parking spots for event attendees. There is limited public parking available around Footscray, we recommend utilizing the venue's excellent proximity to public transport via Footscray Train Station.
Is there food on site and can I bring my own?
Yes, there will be an array of delicious food options, including heaps of Kiwi classics!
Is there alcohol on site and can I bring my own?
There are bars within the main arena serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. BYO alcohol is not permitted.
Can I bring glass (e.g. alcohol in bottles) into the campground?
No, there is a strict NO GLASS policy at Kiwi Fest.
Where can I buy food?
Food stalls are located at the top of the lawn hill.
Will there be vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes, there will be!
Where is medical/first aid located?
A first aid tent will be located near the main entrance within the main arena and marked on the festival map.
